Tim leads the team at Graysons on a mission to ensure we have the brightest and most engaged people who really care about what we do and how we do it. Having held senior positions in high street restaurant and retail businesses, Tim made the move into business and industry catering and venue management, bringing with him his passion for people, great customer service, and great food. He works closely with all of our clients at a senior level and has a flair for restaurant design.
One of our senior team, Simona leads the drive to increase our portfolio of quality catering operations as well as working with our marketing team developing new ideas and strong marketing strategies for our existing clients. She is a real foodie and has a knack for creating exactly the right offer and the right blueprint for our new sites.
A leading figure in the hospitality industry over many years; Francis founded Graysons and gives his full support to the management team ensuring the founding principles of fresh food made with great ingredients and talented chefs are ever present. He also ensures we remember to have some fun along the way.
With a background in senior and operations management from high street restaurants and cafés, contract catering, and large scale leisure facilities he adds value to everything we do. Tim leads our project mobilisation team ensuring fantastic client relationships from the beginning and a seamless transition of knowledge between our mobilisation and operational resources.
With a wealth of senior management experience in venues, commercial businesses, and top hotels, Laurent leads our entire operations team ensuring we deliver the quality and innovation that our clients are looking for.
As Finance Director Barnaby is actively involved in all areas of the business and specifically guiding the company finances. A strategic thinker, Barnaby plays a key role in our business planning and direction.
Having ran his own business for many years Brian is adept at supporting the team with supply chain due diligence and ensuring we get the best ingredients and the best service.
Emma builds strong client relationships and works to welcome exciting new partners to our Central London portfolio. She brings several years’ experience of operations across multiple facets of contract catering and high street restaurants. Her energy, enthusiasm and great knowledge of the London food and drinks scene always play a pivotal role. She is motivated to deliver the best; offering prospective clients highly innovative proposals.
Jason works closely with Tim Piper during the mobilisation period, adding that extra personal touch onsite and delivering a constant role of 1-2-1s with staff and welcoming g them to the Graysons family.
He also delivers masses of industry leading training and development to our catering teams, making sure everyone is performing to their absolute best and has an exciting career ahead of them.
Nadia has a background in operations and marketing across several areas of contract catering from workplace dining to events. Nadia builds strong and effective relationships at all levels and as a motivational leader, she always brings the best out of her teams.
Steve has a background in large scale contract catering as well as high volume casual dining. Steve builds strong and effective relationships at all levels and is adept at managing change and development across a broad range of sites.
Angela has worked in the hospitality industry for many years, she has a background in hotels and commercial catering, and is very passionate about food and leading her team.
Robert has a wealth of experience in commercial and contract catering. Responsible for the guidance and development of contracts, a great communicator, with the ability to inspire a team with strategic aptitude and insight of client needs.
Sean is a hands-on leader and executive chef. Having held similar roles looking after large corporate clients across the City, and having previously worked in some amazing restaurants in both the UK and Australia, he is best placed to support our chef teams and develop new and exciting ideas for our customers.
With a background in large scale high-end events and corporate hospitality Jon has been instrumental in supporting the development of our venues portfolio and he now works across all of our business helping to evolve our culinary direction and supporting our teams.
Anders is a stalwart of the Graysons team having been Executive Chef at one of our most prestigious contracts he knows how to deliver the Graysons way! He now works for our business development team mobilising new sites and working alongside the chefs to train and guide them to turn our amazing ideas into reality.
Lauren develops client relationships and helps find new and exciting partners to work with Graysons. With over 7 years of hospitality management experience, Lauren works tirelessly to develop truly bespoke proposals to prospective clients. Her passion for wellbeing and excellent quality food and drink is aligned closely with the wider company ethos.
Heading our Central Sales team for our Venues, Sarah has a wealth of experience in events and has a wealth of experience supporting unique and high volume event venues across London.
Shereen delivers clear, individualised marketing strategies for each of our clients. She is a food marketing professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving sales and customer engagement.
A dedicated and proficient professional with over 20 years in catering operations. Melissa has a strong business acumen and supports the Graysons team commercially.
